William (Bill) Bowman established the wealth management firm in 1993, later known as AEGIS Financial. Since then, he has built a quality team of professionals, developed a personalized process for tax-efficient wealth planning, and instilled the name AEGIS Financial to signify the team’s commitment to supporting clients and preserving their wealth. Bill has 35-plus years of experience in the industry and is a Certified Public Accountant. His knowledge of taxes led the team at AEGIS to have a tax-efficient approach to wealth management.
Bill has a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree from the University of Wisconsin and has been heavily involved in the community with church, school boards, and more.
Bill lives in Oshkosh with his wife, Shawnee. They have three children: Alyssa (Ben), Austin (Olivia), and Mikayla. They also have four grandchildren and enjoy spending quality time with their family.
