Client Involvement

On Sunday October 1st, 2023 we had our Annual Client Family Event at Mulberry Lane Farm. Clients were able to bring their children and grandchildren to enjoy the petting zoo, hayrides, pumpkin patch and more!

On Wednesday, November 8th, 2023 we held our annual Veterans Breakfast! The breakfast consisted of the presentation of colours by the local boy/girl scouts, the national anthem sung by our very own Courtney Deitte, and speaker Colonel Timothy Cody. Thank you all to attended our event.

On Tuesday, June 8, 2023 we had our semi-annual advisory council meeting. The team at AEGIS presented to the council different initiatives that are taking place at the office and received the council’s input and thoughts. After the dinner, we saw a local performance of the play “Leaving Iowa” at the Attic Theatre.

On Tuesday, February 28th, we had our 2023 Economic Forecast Dinner at the Best Western in Neenah. Clients were served a delicious meal and were able to get questions answered about what our outlook for 2023 is and the happenings and expectations for the market.

On Tuesday, May 17, 2022 AEGIS welcomed clients and the community to an open house at our Oshkosh Office after it’s renovation and expansion. This opened up our lobby for more seating as well as more work room in the back office. Clients and prospects enjoyed some snacks, meeting our team, and receiving a tour of the office.

On Thursday, March 31, 2022 AEGIS welcomed clients and the community to an open house at our Appleton Office. This gave clients and prospects the opportunity to tour our new location, get to know our Appleton team, as well as enjoy some snacks.

Team Involvement

Our team at AEGIS is committed not only to serving you but to serving each other as well. We take the time to grow as an AEGIS Family once a quarter by attending professional development day. These days contain some sort of training in the morning, followed by lunch and a fun team-building activity in the afternoon. We also celebrate holidays and each other’s birthdays in the office.
