We are proud to highlight a number of our team members who are taking the next step to grow their knowledge and skills in the industry!
- In March, Brian Rogers completed his Series 7 & 66 exams.
- In the month of May, Chris Otte completed a Personal Finance course at Fox Valley Technical College.
- Over the last year, Michael Donnan participated in Leadership Oshkosh and in May graduated from the program. If you aren’t familiar with what Leadership Oshkosh is, it’s a program designed to bring together a diverse group of individuals who share a basic interest in and commitment to the Oshkosh community. The knowledge and understanding gained from the training program will prepare individuals for leadership roles in both their organizations and the community.
- Since there was such a benefit with Michael participating in the program, we encouraged Jake Harmsen to enroll in the program which will begin in September of this year.
- In May, Bill Bowman & Kristie Hennes attended the Raymond James National Conference at the Gaylord Resort in National Harbor, Maryland with approximately 4,000 attendees. The 4 day conference focused on sharing of best practices, education and networking. Each hour, Bill and Kristie had approximately 20 classes to choose from to further their education or pick up new ideas from other to implement in our practice.
What’s happening in the months to come?
- Brian Rogers is in the process of completing his Accredited Asset Management Specialist (AAMS) designation along with receiving his Insurance License this summer.
- Chris Otte will begin studying for her Series 7 exam in the fall of 2018.
- Michael Donnan will complete his AAMS designation by the fall of 2018.
