We appreciate the dedication that the AEGIS Financial Advisory Council has committed to by helping our firm grow and improve our services. Our first meeting on April 17th was a success! One of the great ideas that the council provided us with was the idea to implement a courtesy call to our clients after their meeting with the advisor. The courtesy call will be conducted by an unbiased team member within 5 days of the meeting. The purpose for conducting the courtesy call is to find out if there are any questions or concerns that the client developed since the meeting. During the phone call we will also ask questions that pertain to the service you’re receiving.
If you have any questions or concerns about the courtesy call, please feel free to contact Kristie Hennes, Executive Director of Operations and Client Experience at Kristie.hennes@aegisfinancialplanners.com or you may call (920) 233-4650.
